1. Realize you are a sinner and you need help- penalty of sins is death:
Romans 3:23 “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;”
Romans 6:23 “For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.”
2. Realize that Jesus has paid the price for your sins by dying on the cross:
Romans 5:8 “But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.”
3. Repent of your sins and ask the Lord to forgive you:
2 Peter 3:9,10 “But, beloved, do not forget this one thing, that with the Lord one day is as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one
day. 9
The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward [c]us, not willing that any should perish
but that all should come to repentance.”
4. Ask Jesus to be your Savior and Lord and believe on His name:
Romans 10: 9,19 “ 9
that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you
will be saved. 10 For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.”
5. If you want to accept Jesus as your personal Savior and ask Him to come in your life, please say this prayer below and believe it:
“Dear heavenly Father, I believe in your Son Jesus Christ, that he died for my sins and was raised from the dead for my Justification, I therefore confess with my mouth that Jesus is the Lord of my life, I receive eternal life into my spirits, I am born again, thank you Father in Jesus’s name, amen.”
